How We Got Here
How We Got Here
Strong Tower Builders was founded in 1998 by Tom Hargrove, a third-generation carpenter who grew up swinging a hammer on job sites across southeastern Wisconsin. What started as a two-man residential framing crew has grown into a full-service construction company with over 40 skilled tradespeople on staff.
Our name comes from a simple belief: a building should be a strong tower — a place of safety, permanence, and pride. That philosophy shapes every decision we make, from the materials we specify to the subcontractors we trust.
Today we build everything from custom lakefront homes to multi-million dollar commercial facilities. But we've never lost the small-company accountability that made us who we are. Every client gets a direct line to their project manager — and to Tom himself.

Lead Project Manager
A licensed general contractor with 15 years of field experience, Marcus is the day-to-day point of contact for our commercial clients.
